A 2018 review looked at 3 experiments (93 overall individuals) that compared smoked cannabis or cannabis oil with placebos in individuals with Energetic Crohn’s disease. There was no difference between the cannabis/cannabis oil and placebo teams in scientific remission from the sickness.
